Advent Schedule of Events:

Advent Mornings with Middle – December 3–December 21, 7 am
Join the Middle Church community for a Zoom call every weekday of Advent (Dec 3rd – Dec 21st) from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for a time of connection, silence, and contemplation led by Rev. Catherine Torpey and seminary intern, Jenn Hagedorn. Join the call on Zoom here.




JUSTICE & ADVENT –Tuesday, December 11 at 5:30 pm
Volunteer at the Immigration Clinic at New Sanctuary Coalition, Vanderbilt Hall NYU, 40 Washington Sq South.* Learn more about the clinic.

BLUE CHRISTMAS – Tuesday, December 11 at 7-8 pm
For those of us who have lost loved ones, here are two opportunities to come to a quiet space of prayer, reflection, and song.

JERICHO WALK – Thursday, December 13 at 11 am
Join the Jericho Walk, 26 Federal Plaza, where we will march in silence and pray outside the ICE offices in solidarity with those who are being denied their Right to Remain.

Children’s Walk-on Christmas Pageant Sunday, December 16 • 9:30 & 11:45 am worship celebrations No need for your child(ren) to attend any rehearsals! Simply attend either worship celebration on December 16, and young people of all ages will be invited into the Christmas Pageant. On this Gift to Bring Sunday, there’s also a part for the grown-ups!
