Homecoming

Jim Kast-Keat will preach a sermon called "Now and Now and Now and Now," and there will be music from the Middle Church Choir.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2016 
Homecoming; 9/11
Fifteen years since the tragic events, we will mark the day with special music and dance, and Gordon Dragt will help lead worship. Jacqui Lewis will preach and Linda Sarsour will help lead worship. And that afternoon at 2p, Middle will host Faith Not Fear, an interfaith gathering for peace, love, and unity.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2016
Homecoming
Jacqui Lewis will preach a sermon called "Prophetic Grief," and there will be music from the Village Chorus for Childen and Youth. Sign up for this fall's small groups after worship, and stay for a special screening of Divided We Fall, a documentary by filmmaker and activist Valarie Kaur about race and religion in America after the events of September 11, 2001.

Homecoming
Jacqui Lewis will preach a sermon called "Welcome Home" and there will be music from the Jerriese Johnson Gospel Choir. We will have a New Members Orientation and one for our new virtual members, too.

Homecoming
Jacqui Lewis will preach a sermon called "Shelter" and there will be music from the Middle Church Choir. And at 2p, we will host a Homecoming cabaret featuring vocalists from the In-the-Middle Choir. Don't miss it!
