Justice + Advent this December

December 6, 2018

Throughout Advent, we will focus our minds, hearts, gifts and time on the humanitarian crisis at the border. We will sit with the uneasiness and discomfort of what’s happening to our sisters and brothers seeking asylum. We will wait with them in a prayerful spirit of hope and determination for safety. We will tithe a portion of Sunday, December 16th's offering and give it to the Sanctuary Caravan. We will get involved here in New York. And we will travel to the border and join the Sanctuary Caravan January 11-13, 2019.

Join Rev. Amanda, minister of Congregational Life, in these 4 Advent Justice Opportunities below, and email Amanda if you are interested in being part of a contingent that joins the Sanctuary Caravan in January.
