Doing Groups
Doing Groups respond to the expressed needs of Middle family members for greater connection to one another and to the Middle community and ministries. Sometimes called ministry teams, the groups are led by a clergy or staff member and lay leadership. As they accomplish the goals in each ministry area, members support one another in a whole life of faith.
Doing Groups work actively year-round to support Middle Church. Arts & Activism has been a part of worship, education, and social justice. The skills of the Media & Communications group are instrumental in the redesign of our website. Children, Youth, and Arts dedication to our young people has resulted in two outstanding presentations and a wonderful partnership with theatre students at NYU.
