ABOUT LAST YEAR'S CONFERENCE
This conference provided faithful LGBTI members and their supporters a safe and transforming space to gather in fellowship, learn, discuss and advance thinking about the multi-faceted issues facing the LGBTI community in the church as we move forward in the 21st century.

Heritage of Pride 2007 Gay Pride March
Middle Collegiate Church continued its participation in the NYC Pride March on June 24 th, 2007. Having won the Sylvia Rivera Award (Don’t Be Outraged, Be Outrageous) in 2006, we put on an even better display with our Gospel Choir, and marchers from all segments of Middle Church.
RISE (Righteous, Inclusive, Spiritually Empowered) is the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) ministry at Middle Church. Every year, they present a large array of activities and spiritual programs that affirms the LGBTI person within a broad theological context.
