Middle Church offers a musically-oriented Sunday evening worship celebration featuring a collection of jazz musicians and styles befitting Middle's multicultural and multiracial heritage.

ECLECTIC

UPTOWN/DOWNTOWN SERIES

A series of concerts that brings together uptown music and downtown style to provide an eclectic mix of music perfect for Middle Church and the East Village.

Additional performances in April, May and June to be announced.

Cost is only $10 for each concert.

THE MIDDLE CHURCH JERRIESE JOHNSON EAST VILLAGE GOSPEL CHOIR

The The Middle Church Jerriese Johnson Gospel Choir has been performing since 1986. Composed of community and Middle congregation members, it performs twice a month at Middle Church and at a variety of community events throughout the year. They include Howl! Festival, the Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration at Temple Shaaray Tefila, and the HOP Pride March.

This exciting musical program developed by the Director of Music, Jonathan Dudley, is an extension of the music in our Sunday worship celebrations. Music is integral to Middle's celebration of the arts, which forms part of our core mission as a celebrating, diverse multicultural and multiracial congregation.
