Self-Care is Communal
We know that winter can be emotionally difficult. The days are short, the nights are long, and seasonal depression can add an additional burden to what we’re already carrying. To care for you in this season, we’re organizing a four-week self-care series. This is a collective space, where everyone is welcome to learn about self-care from our presenters, as they share resources and practices from their own communities.

Monday, January 30: Queer Focus
Sunday, January 29: Self-Care for Families
We’re holding space for children and their parents/guardians at East End Temple from 1-2 p.m. ET. Child care will be provided. We look forward to seeing you!
Everyone is welcome to join each week’s conversation, but we will be centering the identities for the given week. So please, be mindful of your identity and social location and let folks within each week’s focus shape the conversation with the presenter. That said, we know that we are all inextricably connected to one another; there are things we can all learn from each other’s self-care practices. So come. Be in community. Find the love and nurture you need.
