Learning to sit and be present can be an invaluable spiritual resource to help you observe, name and hold your emotions, without letting them control you. This Lenten season, join Rev. Benjamin Perry, Jeff Shugō Berman & Rachael Ward for opportunities to sit and meditate together.
Each gathering will begin with a 5 minute dharma reading from a Buddhist source, followed by 25 minutes of sitting together silently. We invite you to be present and join us.
