Join Middle Staff for a guided tour at the New-York Historical Society Museum for the exhibit Black Dolls, which “features over 100 cloth dolls—made primarily by African American women between 1850 and 1940 and rarely seen in history museums until now—that highlight the subtle and overt messages communicated through child’s play” on the history of race in America. While geared towards families, all are welcome to attend this is intergenerational event; please RSVP no later than Thursday, May 19th to Elise Tiralli.
