The New York Conference of the UCC denomination is planning to cover the state of New York with prayer shawls this year. We have until the top of June next year to crochet, kit, or sew as many as we can. We can then decide where we would like to donate them.
You can crochet/knit/sew on your own and just keep Rev. Natalie updated with pics or a count of how many you have done. If you don’t live in New York, you can either mail them to me at Middle or you can give them away to folks or organizations in your area. We can cover the nation in prayer!
